Contract Withdrawal:
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods. You then have further 14 days to send the unused product back to us to the address: BELIeveS & Co. s.r.o., Hrubý Šúr 459, 903 01 Hrubý Šúr, Slovakia. We then have a 14 days period to refund your payment.

Shipping:
If the ordered product is on stock, we usually aim to ship your orders within two working days. If we cannot meet this timeline, we will contact you individually and inform you of the estimated delivery date.
Due to the large size of the packages, Monarchio Products can only be shipped via Direct Parcel Distribution (DPD).
Shipping within Slovakia, for all orders, is charged in the amount of 9,90 Eur incl. VAT. Deliveries within other EU countries may vary.
Warranty:
Warranty period is 24 months for non-commercial entities and 12 months for commercial entities. Warranty applies to manufacturing defects. Damage done by improper use or accidents by the Buyer will not be considered as a warranty claim.
Full Terms and Conditions
Initial provisions
The following terms and conditions (T&C) are valid for purchases made through www.monarchio.com (hereinafter also referred to as “the website”). These T&C are between BELIeveS & Co. s.r.o., with registered seat at Hrubý Šúr 459, 903 01 Hrubý Šúr, Slovakia, Company ID No.: 55 820 271, (hereinafter also referred to as the “the Seller″) and the person purchasing products through electronic form from the website (hereinafter also referred to as the “Buyer”) and lay down the mutual rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties arising from or in connection to the Purchase Agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
By completing a purchase through this website, the Buyer agrees to these T&C.
The Seller may change or amend these Terms and Conditions. This provision is without prejudice to the rights and obligations arising during the validity of previous versions of these Terms and Conditions. Provisions of these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement.
The Seller is the sole operator of the website www.monarchio.com and owner of the Monarchio registered trademark.

Entering an Agreement
The contract is concluded when the shop operator sends the goods or issues the invoice to the Buyer.
If a delivery of the ordered goods is impossible at the current time, the Seller will inform the Buyer about the delayed delivery time and the Buyer has the right to decide it they are still interested in the product.
Any and all presentations of goods placed in the Shop’s Web Interface are of informative nature and the Seller is not obliged to conclude a Purchase Agreement with regards to these goods.
The Shop’s Web Interface contains information on goods, including prices of individual products. Prices of goods include costs related to packaging, value added tax and all the relevant fees. Prices of goods do not include the costs related to the delivery of goods. Prices of goods remain valid for as long as they are displayed in the Shop’s Web Interface. This provision does not limit the Seller’s ability to conclude a Purchase
Agreement on individually agreed terms.
To order goods, the Buyer shall fill in an order form in the Shop’s Web Interface. To complete the purchase, the Buyer must submit information in particular related to:
– ordered goods (the Buyer “places″ goods into their electronic shopping basket in the Shop’s Web Interface),
– the method of payment of the purchase price, selected means of delivery of ordered goods, and
– information on the costs related to the delivery of goods (hereinafter also collectively referred to as the “Order″)
– Buyer’s contact information required for successful delivery of the order: name, address, e-mail, telephone number.
Before sending the Order to the Seller, the Buyer can check and modify the data placed in the Order, also considering the Buyer’s ability to identify and correct errors that occurred when entering data into the Order. The Buyer sends the Order to the Seller by clicking the “PAY″ button. Data provided in the Order are deemed to be correct by the Seller. After receiving the Order, the Seller confirms receipt to the Buyer by means of an email sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address as specified in the User Account or in the Order (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer’s E-mail Address″).
Completion of the order is dependent upon confirming the Buyer has read the Terms and Conditions.
Purchase Price
All prices found on the website are final including VAT but excluding shipping costs, which are outlined below. The Buyer will see the final price including the shipping costs before finalising the order.
The purchase price found on the website at the moment of order finalisation applies.
Payment
The Buyer can pay for the ordered goods through one of the following payment options:
- by bank transfer wired to bank account IBAN: SK62 1100 0000 0029 4715 9312
- by credit card using the website’s external payment gateway Stripe
If the Buyer does not pay the full amount specified in the order confirmation, the Seller is not obliged to send the selected goods.
Order Cancellation and Withdrawal
The Buyer can cancel their order at anytime before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been paid for, the Seller will return the money within 14 days to the same account the payment was made from.
Once the order has been shipped and delivered, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods.
In order to withdraw, the Buyer should send an email to info@monarchio.com with the necessary information outlined in the template below:

The Buyer has further 14 days after the formal withdrawal from the agreement to send the unused goods back to the Seller to the following address:

The full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the goods or sufficient evidence that the product has been sent back to the Seller. The direct costs of the return shipment are borne by the Buyer. Should a loss of value of the goods be due to unnecessary handling by the Buyer, the Seller will refund a purchase price reduced according to the loss of value of the returned product.
Until goods are received by the Buyer, the Seller is entitled to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement at any time. In such case, the Seller shall refund the purchase price to the Buyer without undue delay by means of a cashless payment sent to an account specified by the Buyer.
Shipping and Delivery
Products that are on stock are usually shipped within 2 working days. If the Seller is not able to send the ordered products within this timeframe, the Seller will contact the Buyer with the estimated delivery timeline.
Shipping within Slovakia, for all orders, is charged in the amount of 9,90 Eur incl. VAT. Deliveries within other EU countries may vary.
Due to the large package size, only Direct Parcel Distribution is available for shipment of Monarchio Products.
The goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Buyer and the Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address.
If the Seller is obliged under the Sales Agreement to deliver goods to the address specified by the Buyer in the Order Form, the Buyer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery.
If it is necessary, for reasons attributable to the Buyer, to deliver goods repeatedly or otherwise as stated in the Order Form, the Buyer is obliged to cover all costs associated with the repeated delivery of goods or costs associated with a different delivery method.
The Buyer is responsible for making sure that the delivered goods were not damaged during the delivery process. If the package or its contents were damaged, the Buyer is responsible for reporting this to the delivery service. If defects in the packaging are discovered, indicating unauthorised intrusion into the consignment, the Buyer is not required to take over the consignment from the carrier.
Prices and Invoices
The prices on this website are final consumer prices and include VAT. Shipping costs are additional. The shipping costs are displayed to the Buyer based on the destination country of the order in the order form at the checkout phase.
To reduce environmental footprint as much as possible, the Seller sends invoice only in digital forms. The full invoice is always sent once the order has been handed to the delivery service and the order is marked as finalised by the Seller.
Warranty and Claims
The guarantee period set by the law is 24 months from the receipt date of the goods by the Buyer and applies to manufacturing defects, not to normal wear and tear.
If the Buyer is a commercial entity, the Slovak Commercial code applies and the warranty length is 12 months from the receipt date.
If the Buyer discovers manufacturing defects, he or she is expected to report them immediately after receipt to info@monarchio.com, stating Buyer’s name, address, invoice number and a detailed description of the defect including a picture for better identification. Seller’s representative will contact the Buyer and will agree on the delivery method and the method of providing the Buyer with a product without defects. In the case of a warranty claim, the Buyer reserves the right to choose either free repair of the product or free replacement with a new product. If the Buyer and the Seller agree, a refund appropriate to the severity of the damage can be negotiated.
If the product has been damaged by improper use by the Buyer and/or accidents, the warranty does not apply.
Monarchio products are individually handmade, and the delivered goods may differ from the product images.
The warranty process shall be finalised within 30 days since the warranty claim has been made by the Buyer.
The invoice also serves as a document to support Buyer’s warranty claim..
Final Provisions
Contracting Parties have expressly agreed that any disputes that may arise out of the agreement concluded between them, disputes arising in connection to the agreement, including disputes related to its validity, interpretation, performance or termination, rights arising directly or indirectly from this legal relationship, matters of rights associated with the aforementioned rights, even if this agreement is invalid, revoked or withdrawn, shall first be settled by conciliation on the basis of the principles of honesty and good manners. If conciliation fails, disputes shall be settled in court proceedings before courts of the Slovak Republic under Slovak law.
In the event that the relationship established by the Purchase Agreement contains an international (foreign) element, Contracting Parties have agreed that the agreement concluded between them is governed by applicable legal rules of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Civil Code. This is without prejudice to consumer rights arising from the generally binding legal rules.
Unless otherwise agreed to between the Seller and the Buyer in an agreement, these Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from 7 December 2023.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed or amended by the Seller. This provision is without prejudice to the rights and obligations arising during the validity of the previous version of the Terms and Conditions. Up-to-date wording of the Terms and Conditions is published at Monarchio.com.
The Buyer agrees to receive information related to the Seller’s services or business to the Buyer’s E-mail Address and agrees to receive commercial communication from the Seller to the Buyer’s E-mail Address.
The Seller can change these Terms and Conditions without previous notification.
