What size dog bed should I choose for my dog?
For an ideal dog bed size, measure your dog from nose to tail when they’re in a sleeping position, then add a few centimeters or inches for comfort. Consider your dog’s weight and sleeping habits too. It’s essential for the bed to provide enough space for them to stretch out or curl up comfortably. For our Hampton Ring bed we suggest that you compare the inner dimensions of our products to the floor space around your dog for the best Fit. It is always better to go with the next size up when in doubt.
How do I measure my dog to determine the right bed size?
We suggest that you measure your dog from nose to tail when they are stretched out and add 15-25 centimeters for comfort. Measuring the outer perimeter of your dog when s/he is curled up is also advised. Definitely consider your dog’s sleeping habits too.
What types of dog beds are available?

How do I clean and maintain the dog bed?
Cover unzips for cold water, machine wash, and line dry. No heat, bleach, or bleach alternatives. Inserts and Foam are not washable. Please spray a solution of half white vinegar and half water on the soiled area and air dry
Are dog beds suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Our dog beds are suitable for indoor use only.
Can I customize the dog bed's color or design?
At the moment, we’re unable to offer customization for our products.

Are the dog beds waterproof or water-resistant?
All of our products are water-resistant. Mind you that doesn’t mean they are waterproof.
What is the return policy for your dog beds?

According to the law, you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days of their delivery. If the product is in perfect condition, we will be happy to accommodate you and accept it back.
